Custom-made Products

All our furniture is handcrafted to order, made according to your selected size, color, and design specifications. Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please make sure to carefully review all product details, dimensions, and finishes before placing your order. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you before you finalize your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To process your claim, we will require:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the damaged area and the packaging
  3. A short description of the issue
  4. After reviewing the information, we will either:
  5. Arrange a repair
  6. Send a replacement part, or
  7. Offer a full or partial refund (depending on the extent of the damage)

Please note that natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color tone are inherent to solid wood and do not qualify as defects.

Returns for Other Reasons

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect measurements, or color preference.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us first at info@oktawoodwork.com.
Returns must be approved by our team before shipping.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

International Deliveries

We deliver across Europe (including Germany, France, and the UK) as well as to other international destinations worldwide.
Due to the size and custom nature of our products, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

If a return is approved (e.g. in case of damage), the item must be securely packed in its original packaging. We will assist in arranging collection or provide instructions, depending on your location.
