We are committed to ensuring your pieces arrive safely, securely, and in pristine condition. Because each item is uniquely handcrafted with premium materials, our shipping process reflects the same level of care and attention to detail that define Oktawood.

Production and Delivery Timeframes

Each piece of furniture is made to order, and production times vary depending on the complexity of your chosen design, size, and finish.
Estimated production and shipping times are always provided on each product page, so you know what to expect before placing your order.

Once your order is confirmed, we will keep you informed about the progress and notify you as soon as your piece is ready for dispatch. Please note that handcrafted production may occasionally experience slight delays due to seasonal workload or material availability — we will always communicate such updates promptly.

Preparation for Shipping

Before dispatch, every piece undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards.
We carefully pack each order using appropriate protection methods — including padding, wrapping, and secure fastening — to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Delivery: For smaller items, we use trusted courier services to ensure quick and efficient delivery.

  • Specialized Furniture Delivery: For larger tables and heavy furniture, we use specialized logistics companies experienced in transporting high-value, handcrafted items directly from our workshop to your location.

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Deliveries (within Poland): Usually take 3–7 business days after production is complete.

  • European Deliveries (e.g. Germany, France, UK): Typically 5–14 business days, depending on distance and delivery method.

  • International Deliveries (e.g. USA): Usually 2–5 weeks, depending on shipping route, customs, and carrier availability.

Please note that these are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control (such as customs procedures or logistics delays).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.
You will always receive a detailed shipping quote before finalizing your order, ensuring full transparency.

For international orders, costs may include transportation, handling, and optional insurance coverage.
Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Information

  • To Your Doorstep: All furniture is delivered to your doorstep or building entrance. For larger pieces, please ensure assistance is available to move the item inside.

  • Assembly: Some furniture may be delivered partially assembled. We include all necessary hardware and instructions. Assembly of custom-made pieces is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

Insurance and Damages

All shipments are insured against damage or loss during transit.
If you notice any visible damage upon delivery, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  2. Notify us immediately at info@oktawoodwork.com.

We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue, offering repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Lost or Delayed Items

In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated throughout the process.
We will ensure an appropriate resolution — replacement, refund, or claim — depending on the outcome.

International Deliveries

Customers outside the EU are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
We provide the necessary export documentation to help with customs clearance.
