What types of products does Oktawood offer?

Oktawood specializes in custom-made solid wood furniture, with a core focus on dining tables (round, rectangular, live-edge, extendable). We also craft coffee tables, desks, benches, storage units, bathroom furniture, and accessories—all made-to-order based on your desired dimensions, wood type, finish, and design

How is the quality of Oktawood products ensured?

Since 2019, we’ve blended traditional woodworking techniques with modern design. We hand-select premium European woods (e.g., oak, ash, zebrano) and follow a multi-stage production process. Each piece undergoes quality control checks for structure, finish, and aesthetic, aiming to create heirloom-grade furniture.

What is your delivery and assembly process?

All items are shipped worldwide on pallets, safely protected during transport. Furniture is delivered disassembled, with all necessary hardware and instructions included.

  • Assembly is the customer's responsibility.

  • Due to the weight and size of solid wood elements, we recommend two people for safe and proper assembly.

  • If needed, we offer remote support to guide you through the process.

How long does shipping take for Oktawood products?

Delivery times vary depending on the complexity, type of wood, and location. Typically:

  • Production: ~4–8 weeks

  • Delivery: an additional 3–7 business days

You’ll receive a personalised timeline when placing your order.

What is the return policy?

  • Non-custom (standard) items: You can return standard products within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, in original condition, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Custom-made items (made-to-order): Cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes any furniture made to your specifications (such as size, color, finish, or design).

    Please note: returns sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

How should I care for my wooden furniture?

  • Keep indoors, away from direct sunlight and humidity.

  • Clean with a soft, damp cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.

  • Re-oil or wax twice a year using food-safe hard wax oils (e.g., Osmo, Clou, RMC) to maintain protection and beauty

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

In the event of receiving a damaged item, customers should inspect the package upon delivery and document any damage with photographs. It is important to notify Oktawood immediately to initiate the claims process and arrange for a replacement or repair.

Can I customize my Oktawood order?

Oktawood offers custom production options for certain items. Custom orders may have longer production times, and customers will be informed of the estimated lead time when placing their order. Please contact us for more details on available customisation options.
